The primary objective of the framework is to provide a service for the receipt, segregation, recycling and disposal of all materials delivered to their designated facility by the Council’s own fleet and subcontractors as Lot 1
and
Lot 2 for collection of construction waste to be processed / recycled or disposed by suppliers.
Durham County Council is seeking to appoint a framework of suppliers for Lots 1 and 2
The Framework has been split into the following waste streams :-
A Concrete/Brick/Mixture/Bituminous Material
B Soil/Stone
C Landfill Mixed Municipal
D Gully Waste
E Green Waste/Tree & Rootball/Wood
