Swansea Council is establishing a Framework for housing related support in Temporary and Housing First accommodation for people experiencing homelessness.
There will be three separate lots available as follows;
– Lot 1 Temporary / Longer term Supported Accommodation
– Lot 2 Managed Accommodation
– lot 3 Permanent Supported Accommodation (Housing First)
The Housing Support Programme Grant conditions and guidance makes provision for a range of opportunities on how housing related support can be provided.
