Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service (OFRS) [company of Oxfordshire County Council] are conducting this collaborative tender on behalf of a group of partner Fire & Rescue Services (FRS), listed within the documentation.
FRS partners will be involved in the tender and evaluation process, resulting in several separate contracts managed independently by each FRS.
Following a legislation change, the participating partners require a contract for the supply of Florine Free Fire Fighting Foam. The tender comprises of 3 lots:
– Lot 1: 3/3 (3% Induction Rate)
– Lot 2: 1/3 (1% Induction Rate)
– Lot 3: Collection and safe disposal of foam
Bidders are invited to tender for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 Specification for a term of 5 years with an option for the FRSs to extend for up to 2 further years, anticipated to commence on 1st January 2025.
