The Council is commissioning the delivery of Family Support Services differently to ensure we are able to meet the needs of people accessing these services. We are seeking to commission a new open framework agreement consisting of multiple, suitably qualified providers across the Lots to deliver family support services in response to the needs of our local population.
The call off procedure will be via direct call off, or a mini competition. The procurement will take place under the Open Tender of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Framework Agreement awarded will be for a period of four years and shall be awarded to multiple providers. Forecasts indicate that total expenditure in this area over the four – year period will be up to approximately £600K.)
