The project consists of the External & Internal refurbishment at 53 St Pauls Avenue, Barry, CF62 8HU for The Vale of Glamorgan Council. Work includes asbestos removal, electrical and gas testing, internal demolition, installation of heating systems, mechanical ventilation, new ceilings, walls, flooring, doors, painting and decoration and associated works to WHQS standards for the duration of 12 weeks.
