NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide General Medical Services (GMS) for the following Lots;

Lot 1 – Kirkley Mill Health Centre, Lowestoft

Lot 2 – Nelson Medical Centre, Great Yarmouth

We invite all interested providers to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire.

The service commencement date for both Lots is 1st October 2026.

Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12:00PM (Mid-day) on 12th September 2025.

The procurement will be advertised in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime(PSR) Notice. The awarding of this contract will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023, will not apply to this award.
