Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking providers for the provision of Enhanced Support for Vulnerable Females Experiencing Multiple Disadvantage (Including Substance Use).
As part of local and national ambitions to reduce unmet need for substance use, improve support for people experiencing complex lives/multiple disadvantage, improve accessibility of services (including outreach/out-of-office offers) and reduce health inequalities across at-risk population groups, the service aims to:
• Provide a flexible ‘duty’ response offer to support the immediate needs of females experiencing multiple disadvantage, recognising that this community doesn’t always engage well with appointment based/case work, or sometimes requires more urgent care and support.
• Provide enhanced outreach services and out-of-hours support to engage females experiencing multiple disadvantage, including joint work with local substance use treatment and recovery services.
This market engagement is being advertised on the OPEN procurement portal (www.open-uk.org), reference: OPEN20251796.
Interested providers are required to complete and return the attached document via the OPEN portal before the submission deadline of 12pm on Thursday 6th November 2025.
