North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a Charge point Operator (CPO (s) to undertake the installation and maintenance of Electric Vehicle Charge Points (EVCP’s) and provide a software solution to enable residents to register an account and make payment for on street charging and off street charging of the vehicles.
