Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Council”) has established a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Educated Other than at School (EOTAS) that is due to expire on the 31 August 2024. This framework agreement is a new tender opportunity for suitable Providers to apply to join this framework arrangement which shall commence from the 02 September 2024. This Framework is being tendered under the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015, Schedule 3, falling within Regulation 74-77, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime. The Council wishes to establish a compliant framework agreement to meet the educational requirements for learners who are EOTAS.
Refresh Periods – New Providers shall be permitted to apply to join the framework at set times/intervals as advertised by the Council, on a twelve (12) month basis. This period may be shortened or extended, during the validity period of the framework, for example at times where there is poor capacity within the marketplace. The Council shall reserve the right to re-open the framework. A Contract Notice shall be issued via sell2wales to inform the market of the opportunity
