Liverpool City Council
Liverpool City Council wish to commission a service to strengthen early identification and the provision of effective support and intervention at a universal and targeted level for speech, language and communication. This will involve ensuring the WELLCOMM screening tool and interventions are delivered to a high standard across the whole of the early years sector, including early education and childcare providers, health visitors, children’s centre and family hubs. The collation and analysis of data from WELLCOMM implementation will inform future strategy, delivery and commissioning. The service will be expected to lead on the development and launch of a city wide integrated speech, language and communication pathway, which is co-produced.
