Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint Development Partner(s) for a development scheme at the former Middle School site in Hexham.
The development scheme will consist of mixed-use residential housing and an adult extra care facility across the 5.73-hectare site.
Northumberland County Council is the freehold owner of the site and Development Partner(s) will be required to acquire the site and deliver the proposed scheme. Further details are included at section II.2.4 of this notice.
Market engagement will be undertaken with interested parties, and this will be published via the OPEN eProcurement portal www.open-uk.org.
