Multiple supplier framework for Damp, Mould & Timber Treatment Services: Remedial Works and Cleaning for properties including but not limited to housing stock, sheltered housing schemes, temporary accommodation sites and community centres distributed across the county of North Yorkshire. Contracts will be split into four lots: Remedial Damp & Timber Works (Lots 1-2) Mould Removal, Cleans & Associated Remedial Works (Lots 3-4)
