Norfolk County Council (NCC) are seeking to procure an organisation/s to work with us in the design and evaluation of nicotine use reduction interventions to Children and Young People (CYP) and their families. The provider will work with NCC and wider partners across 3 stages of the project as follows: Stage 1 – Design of interventionsStage 2 – Development of training courses to enable the delivery of the interventions. Stage 3 – Evaluation of both the training and intervention outcomes. This contract does not extend to the operational delivery of interventions, but NCC are interested in working with a partner/s who have knowledge and expertise in delivering the developed training needed to implement the intervention.
