The service provision will be for a Framework to cover all Building Capital Repairs, Maintenance and New Build including a variety of disciplines for the Council’s public buildings and properties portfolio consisting of 1897 properties, including, but not limited to the following property categories;
• Colleges, schools and associated educational centres
• External grounds, recreational centres, public conveniences, cemeteries
• Residential
• Commercial including offices
• Courts, museums, galleries, theatres and libraries
• Markets, depots, industrial units
Properties that may be added or removed from the Council’s portfolio throughout the term of the Agreement.
