Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a small number of suitably skilled and experienced executive teaching specialists to assist the Creative Leadership and Enterprise Centre (CLEC) in the continued design and delivery of its executive leadership and business growth programmes.
In utilising this framework agreement, we are seeking to appoint a pool of subject specialists to provide executive teaching, coaching and support services in a range of subject specialist lots to reflect leadership and business growth themes. The teaching will be required for existing externally and internally funded programmes and any future work programmes the CLEC team is successful in bidding for. As and when the executive teaching is required the CLEC team will “call off” from the framework and appoint supplier(s) to deliver the services for its customers.
As part of this procurement exercise, the University has considered whether the role(s) being sought need to be considered for the purposes of employment status. The University appreciates that it may be engaging with agencies, training services, individuals or directly with Personal Service Companies (PSC).
