COV – Stoke Park Secondary School – Enabling Works.
Section 1: Formation of a new car park at the front of the site, including installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging points, associated drainage works, topsoil to areas to be landscaped under a separate contract, and all necessary installation, commissioning, and handover documentation.
Section 2: Demolition of three existing buildings, site clearance, and removal of existing hard surfacing, fencing and external furniture. Excavation, removal and backfilling of existing redundant pool structures.
