This contract outlines the requirements of a project to support the Council to review the operational procedures at its 6 Local Authority owned and managed older persons residential care homes (not the independent sector) and recommend areas of transformation to modernise and improve efficiency.
The legislative framework for Social Care in Wales is contained within the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act (2016) the report and recommendations made will need to be in compliance with these legal requirements.
