The construction Manager will work closely with SHP who will manage this contract on behalf of LBS and other contractors appointed to deliver the works. This retrofit project will deliver significant improvements to LBS housing stock, specifically properties in Thicket Crescent and Thicket Road, Sutton, SM1.
