Aberdeen City Council and the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership are seeking input from Providers, Stakeholders and Service Users regarding the Carer Support Services Outcomes for future Contracts.
We will be holding a series of four Collaborative Commissioning Workshops with the objective of which is to come up with a clear set of service outcomes for the new contracts:
Session 1: Program Review Findings
Wednesday 12th June 2024 1000-1230 at the Aberdeen Health Village, Frederick Street, 50 Frederick St, Aberdeen AB24 5HY
Session 2: Future Solutions
Monday 1st July 2024, 1300-1600 via Microsoft Teams
Session 3: Shared Strategic Outcomes
Thursday 8th August, 1000-1200, via Microsoft Teams
Session 4: Adult Carers Service Outcomes, Young Carers Service Outcomes
Tuesday 20th August, 1400-1600, via Microsoft Teams
There are currently three contracted services in place with a total annual contract value of GBP750,750, i.e.,
-Adult Carers
-Adult Carers Support – Enhanced
-Young Carers
Please note that the final budget for the tender has not yet been confirmed.
We would expect to publish the tender in October 2024 as the proposed start date for the new services is 1st April 2025, subject to Committee Approval.
