The College operates two sites, Ryton and Harperley Hall, which host events and provides accommodation. Delegates can access onsite catering services during their stay. We have 464 accommodation facilities and 182 event spaces. Each site has reception, housekeeping, security, catering, and facilities management teams.
The College is seeking to replace our current integrated accommodation and event booking and management system. For our replacement system(s) we can consider one fully integrated or three separate solutions through the same supplier if integration is possible.
