Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) requires a specialist provider with demonstrable experience to design, deliver and evaluate a structured Champion Development Programme for its external Adult Social Care workforce.
There is a fixed budget allocation of £60,000 to deliver this programme.
This development programme needs to have been delivered and evaluated by July 2027.
