The London Borough of Hackney is seeking expressions of interest from potential providers for the procurement of a new contract for the continued provision of its Carers Support Service for Unpaid Adult Carers. The contract term for this service will be for 3 years with 2 ( 1+1 year) options to extend (maximum contract length of up to 5 years in total).
