Westminster City Council is seeking a supplier to provide a 24/7 dog kennelling, care and rehoming service to support the statutory handling of stray and abandoned dogs. Services include licensed kennelling, animal welfare provision in line with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and DEFRA guidance, veterinary care, behavioural assessments, and facilitation of return to owners or rehoming of unclaimed dogs.
