The Council will be undertaking a procurement for the provision of care services for adults with learning disabilities, across two Lots:
• Lot 1: 3 x Residential Care Homes
• Lot 2: 1 x Supported Living scheme
The existing services are currently operated by the Council, with directly employed staff. The existing buildings will be leased to the successful bidder(s), with incoming providers taking on the repair and maintenance of the properties.
