Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT): – – To carry out the required ICT Design Services throughout Feasibility Stage to include specialist concept design drawings and capital construction cost estimates; and – To carry out the required ICT Design Services throughout RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 3 – 7, including the procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST), NEC project management, Quantity Surveying, and Supervision. The Project’s main objective is to provide fit for purpose pool floors and restore the pools to their full operational capability to all users.
