This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a client specific multi-lot, multi supplier framework agreement for the hire of plant and haulage (with operator). This is estimated to begin in November 2025.
This will seek to replace the current version of this framework, 535_21, upon its expiry, the award details for which may be viewed as follows:
