ESPO are establishing a national framework for the provision of site security services, to include key holding, lock / unlock services, static guarding, and mobile guarding.
The framework is NOT divided into lots – the framework could have been split into Lots by region or service type. However, our customers typically require suppliers to be able to provide a full range of site security services. Tenderers are able to bid on a regional basis within the framework, therefore SMEs are not precluded from submitting a bid based on their location or service area and it was not deemed relevant to split into regional Lots.

(a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/ (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for tender opportunity ‘347_26’ (via “View Opportunities” from the EastMidsTenders Portal); (d) Express an interest; (e) Download the tender documents (from the ProContract Activity summary screen).
