This contract is to undertake a “catch up” programme for NHS Health Checks impacted on
by the COVID-19 pandemic, undertaking activity for GP’s who continue to have reduced
capacity to deliver NHS Health Checks, or have prioritized other healthcare services for
direct, internal delivery. This is an activity-based contract.
