This Pipeline notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO expects to establish a Framework for the provision of wholesale electricity supplies, with ESPO acting as an intermediary to buy electricity in the wholesale market on behalf of customers from across the public sector (procurement and the Tender notice is currently scheduled for next year, 2026).
