The Authority was seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor with
proven capability for the purpose of undertaking concrete repairs, roof repairs and ancillary
builders works to the Calderwood complex which contains a working multi-storey car park,
large retail supermarket and council offices all of which will remain open for the duration of
the works.
