NCG, the Contracting Authority, are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to use for the award of contracts for education services. Organisations who are placed on the DPS will obtain ‘Approved Subcontractor’ status and will be invited to submit a tender or expression of interest when NCG have a requirement to subcontract training and education delivery to a third party.
