The Social Work Early Career Framework (ECF) will significantly extend the training and support social workers receive in the early stages of their career, helping to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need and retain them in the profession. We are in the process of considering our approach to potential procurement of delivery partners for training and development as part of the ECF.
To facilitate the development of our provisional procurement approach, we’re inviting market input to better understand initial views to our proposed procurement and delivery approaches.
