The Association is seeking to appoint an Integrated Design Team (to include a Project Architect (acting as Lead Consultant), Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, Principal Designer and NEC4 Supervisor) for the design and construction of a new social housing project at Cairnmartin Phase 3, Belfast, which is currently programmed to commence on site during the 2024/25 Social Housing Development Programme.
