Window Cleaning Services to 149 properties
Prima Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor/s based within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area to undertake communal area cleaning services to its properties within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area. The areas will be divided into Lots based on Geographical location
The Works comprise the cleaning of all external glazed elements and frames to windows, doors and entrance screens (including address signage) and canopies (including non-glazed entrance canopy soffits) to all elevations, unless otherwise stated in the pricing matrices, as scheduled to each property at a frequency of one visit per calendar month, or as stated in the documentation, and as defined within the definition of terms.
