City of Wolverhampton will be seeking to procure a ‘design, build and operate’ commercial partner to develop a new Box Space / Food Hall, in the heart of the city centre, on Council-owned land.
The procurement will be tendered as a concession contract, with works requirements to build the scheme before moving into operation via a lease agreement.
