The service will provide safe, responsive and welfare-focused accommodation, care and management for stray dogs and unwanted dogs within the Borough of Warrington, supporting statutory duties, promoting animal welfare, facilitating the reunification of dogs with their owners wherever possible, and enabling appropriate rehoming outcomes when ownership cannot be established or reclaimed.
