This contract aims to strengthen system leadership and build sustainable capacity across Pennine Lancashire by delivering certified CliftonStrengths coaching, collaborative leadership facilitation, and a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme. The work supports the Leadership Workstream within Sport England’s Place Partner programme, running from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.
