Dundee City Council has a requirement for the provision of the following systems:
– Refurbishment of 100 Metric Elite LS Parking Meters (circa 10 years old) with new simple customer interface, offering both card and cash payment options.
– The preferred option will see Dundee City Council agree an annual leasing arrangement which will cover cost of any year one upgrade to meters, on-going back office support, provision of sim cards and any required technological/banking updates.
– First line maintenance will be undertaken by Dundee City Council staff but the supplier will provide a comprehensive second line maintenance service to ensure all refurbished meters are functional at all times.
