North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England – North East and Yorkshire (Health and Justice Team) (the Relevant Authority), who are undertaking a competition to commission Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) and Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) for South Yorkshire adult male prisons within His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
