The contract should include the provision of water treatment / water hygiene diary, including suitable log sheets to enable to completion of weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks associated with the water treatment tasks completed. The logbook will also include sections for all analytical report sheets, certificates of bacteriological sampling and also clean and chlorination certificates.
