NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide Primary Medical Services under an APMS Contract at Priors Field Surgery in Sutton near Ely.

The service commencement date is 1 April 2025.

The Contract will be for an initial ten (10) year term with the option to extend for a further five (5) years. The estimated contract value is £706,193.21 at a price of £137.50 per patient per annum (total including extension is £10,592,898.13).

All interested providers are invited to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire.
