Project 1: Change Management Toolkit and Network
Estimated budget: approximately £1.5m. The objective is to redesign and maintain the national Change Management Toolkit and operate a national Change Management Network.
Project 2: Professional Development Service
Estimated budget: approximately £2.5m. The objective is to establish a sustainable, accredited professional development offer that builds Digital Adoption capability across health and care.
These may be run as one procurement with lots of two separate ones.
