NHS Bath and North East Somerset Integrated Care Board (“BSW”) is commissioning a Hospice provision for children and young people including medically supported short respite breaks, symptom management, stepped discharge from hospital, emergency and end-of-life care.
BSW is directly awarding a contract to the existing provider Naomi House and Jacks Place (Wessex Children’s Hospice Trust) in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider NHS Bath and North East Somerset Integrated Care Board (“BSW”) is commissioning a Hospice provision for children and young people including medically supported short respite breaks, symptom management, stepped discharge from hospital, emergency and end-of-life care.
BSW is directly awarding a contract to the existing provider Naomi House and Jacks Place (Wessex Children’s Hospice Trust) in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The value of the contract is £54,385 per annum.
The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £163,155.
The one year contract will commence on 1st April 2024.
This service will be subject to a competitive process commencing in 2024 with a service operational and in place from 01st April 2025.
