The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is pleased to invite tender offers for our England: London and South West regional Scholarships Programme 2026.

The ECITB is tendering for a contract for the delivery of the skills and knowledge required within the 2026 ECITB Scholarship Programme (South West and London) from September 2026 – pathway requirements can be found within the procurement pack, specifically detailed within the Cohort Requirements by discipline and the Specification documents (Lot 1 and Lots 2-4).
This tender consists of 4 lots. Bidders can submit offers for individual, multiple or all lots as detailed within the relevant specifications. Please see the procurement pack for full guidance. The four lots consist of the following:
• Lot 1 – Level 3 Design and Draughting – London and Thames Valley area (2 Yr)
• Lot 2 – Level 2 Pipe Fitting South West England (Bridgwater Area) (1 Yr)
• Lot 3 – Level 2 Welding South West England (Bridgwater Area) (1 Yr)
• Lot 4 – Level 2 Welding South West England (Bridgwater Area) (1 Yr)
