As a Bid Consultant with over 9 years experience, Peter is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for clients, including collaboration with subject matter experts for information capture, storyboarding, writing, reviewing, and graphic development. He also focuses on client relationship management, making sure that clients are provided with guidance and advice on APMP best practice and the public procurement regulations 2015.

Peter has extensive bid writing and management experience, including in the transport, mechanical engineering, and compliance industries. He is well versed in bidding for contracts using NEC3/4 and NR4 contract terms, as well as public procurement partnerships (PPP) and design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) procurement models.

Peter’s successful career has been built on his considerable technical knowledge and experience in critical national infrastructure services, including Network Rail’s Traction Power system, communications infrastructure for the Maritime and Coastguard agency, and the NRTS2 network that controls the UK’s critical strategic road network for National Highways.
