BWL Group is pleased to welcome Peter Epaminondas to the Legal Team as a Senior Associate. Peter brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, having practiced law for nearly 23 years. He graduated as a Solicitor at Vernon & Shakespeare in 1990, after graduating in Law from Wolverhampton University and Kings College London.

Peter has a strong track record in Commercial Property, having excelled in previous similar roles for Mander Hadley Solicitors based in Coventry and Kenilworth, and Ellis-Fermor & Negus in Nottingham.

Peter will provide experience in areas including business leases, the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold industrial units, shops and offices, planning agreements, grant and release of easements, development work, buy-to-let, and bridging loans.
