Michael is the CEO of BWL Group and Managing Director of BWL Professional Bid Services. He is a seasoned and successful bid professional with a proven track record of developing, implementing, and managing innovative bid and tender solutions.

Michael specialises in writing and managing bids underpinned by NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract and has a passion for bidding on contracts in sectors such as nuclear, power generation, power transmission, water, rail, and telecommunications.

Michael has worked with clients such as Kier, Telent, Doosan Babcock, Lexia Solution Group, GB Rail freight, Deutsche Bahn, and Emcor. He has built his reputation on his ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and guide SMEs using best practice programme and project management.

Michael’s qualifications include a degree in Business Management, a Diploma in EU Public Procurement, and accreditation from the Association for Project Management (APM) as a Certified Project Management Associate and from the Association for Proposals Management Professionals (APMP) at Foundation Level. He is also a certified MS Project Professional and attended Havard Business School, where he received certified training in Organisational Leadership.
