Lisa joined BWL in 2019 and has over 10 years’ experience in bid writing and management. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including fire and security, highways, rail, telecommunications, and construction and maintenance. Having supported submissions from £300k to £2bn, she understands the differing requirements, risks and challenges that need to be managed for every bid.

As a Senior Bid Consultant, Lisa is focused on working with Clients to successfully produce winning tender responses, using capture planning, storyboards, bid writing and design, and presentations in line with APMP best practice.

Lisa is competent in seamlessly embedding herself into established bid teams to lead and support the development of engaging tender submissions. Her knowledge of ISO systems, CDM 2015 regulations, and transport and infrastructure sector-related procedures and standards allow her to interpret complex specifications and deliver compliant and high-scoring tender responses.

With a keen eye for design and detail, Lisa also ensures that tender responses benefit from improved design, graphics and diagrams to engage evaluators.
