Kevin joined BWL in 2022 after a successful career as Head of bids at a national Environmental Consultancy. He has managed a team of bid writers and has significant experience in managing the overall bid process, from capture planning to contract mobilisation. He has 10 years’ experience in bid writing and management, and has won bids in local government, construction, commercial, utilities, infrastructure, and nuclear sectors.
As a Bid Consultant, Kevin is responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish on behalf of our clients, including collaboration with subject matter experts for information capture, storyboarding, writing, reviewing, and graphic design. He provides guidance and advice on best practices for bid management under the public procurement regulations 2015 and supports our Clients’ to develop strong bid strategies and key win themes that highlight strengths and capability.
Kevin has successfully bid into all major UK sectors, including infrastructure, utilities, and nuclear, and has an in-depth knowledge of procurement processes used in both the public and private sectors. He is process-driven and is continually looking for areas where improvement can be made to internal processes and supporting the wider team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
