Kevin joined BWL in 2019 and is an MBA / AMP qualified professional with over 15 years of bid management and writing experience. His track record is of the highest standard, ranging from training bid teams and establishing bid processes for small businesses and winning multi-million-pound contracts within 18 months, to delivering over £2.5 billion in contract wins for both large and SME organisations, including within corporate, industry, heritage, government, local authority, NHS, defence, utilities, and aviation sectors.
As Head of Bid Compliance, Kevin is responsible for ensuring the quality of all responses produced by our professional bid services team, validating their effectiveness in meeting all the evaluation criteria and demonstrating the client’s strengths and win themes effectively within the responses. His role demonstrates the importance that BWL places on delivering high-quality bid responses that are both compliant with the tender instructions, but also responsive to the tender evaluation criteria and the customers needs.
Kevin’s successful career has been built on his invaluable operational experience and bidding knowledge, providing him with the necessary tools to maximise client engagement and drive high-quality bids, projects, and business initiatives toward a successful conclusion.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Association for Project Management (APM) Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA Level D, SCQF Level 7)
- Association for Proposals Management Professionals (APMP) Foundation Level Accreditation
